How to Access Your Portal
Check Your Email
When your project begins, you'll receive an email invitation from Housecall Pro with a link to create your account.
Create Your Account
Click the link and set up your password. Use the same email address where you received the invitation.
Log In Anytime
Once set up, log in anytime from any device — computer, tablet, or phone. Your project info is always available.
Portal FAQ
First, check your spam/junk folder for an email from Housecall Pro. If you still can't find it, call us at (214) 218-6693 and we'll resend the invitation. Portal access is created once your project contract is signed.
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't receive it, contact us for assistance.
Yes! We can add multiple email addresses to your project so both spouses or family members can access the portal independently. Just let your project manager know and we'll set it up.
Absolutely. Housecall Pro uses bank-level encryption (256-bit SSL) to protect your data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses. We never store your full card number.
When we send you an estimate, you'll receive an email notification. Log into your portal, review the detailed breakdown, and click "Approve" to give us the go-ahead. You can also request changes or add comments before approving.
Yes! The portal is an additional way to stay informed, not a replacement for direct communication. You'll still receive email notifications for important updates, and your project manager will call for significant milestones or decisions.
