Text Messaging Terms
Last Updated: October 14, 2026
These terms describe the TrueForm DFW text messaging program. TrueForm DFW is operated by TrueForm Remodeling, a trade name of Koydo LLC, from our business line (469) 523-9944.
1. What We Text About
TrueForm DFW sends conversational customer-care text messages about your own request: answering your questions, scheduling and confirming estimate visits, and service updates about your project. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
2. How You Opt In
There are two ways to opt in. Both are shown on our contact page.
- Website form checkbox. On the contact form, an optional checkbox next to the phone field is unchecked by default. It reads: “Text me about this request at the number above (optional). By checking this box, you agree to receive conversational texts from TrueForm DFW at (469) 523-9944 about your estimate, scheduling, and service. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” If you leave it unchecked, we do not text that number.
- Text us first. When you text (469) 523-9944, you agree to receive conversational text replies from TrueForm DFW about your request, estimate, scheduling, and service. We reply only within your own conversation.
3. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
4. Opting Out and Getting Help
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at office@trueformdfw.com or at (469) 523-9944.
5. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Agreeing to receive text messages is not required to request an estimate or to buy any product or service. You can reach us by phone or email instead.
6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Your Mobile Information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information. We never share it with third parties for marketing. These text messaging terms are part of our Terms of Service.
